01 Introduction & Definitions

Khelagor (khelagor.net) is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Khelagor and all its members.

By registering with or using Khelagor, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using Khelagor.

Key Definitions

• "Khelagor" or "We" — the company operating khelagor.net and its authorised representatives.
• "Member" or "You" — Any person registered on or using the Khelagor platform.
• "Services" — Khelagor's website, mobile app, betting facilities, casino, and all related services.
• "Account" — the personal account registered on Khelagor in the member's name.
• "Bonus Funds" — funds granted as part of a promotional offer, withdrawable upon meeting specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

02 Membership & Registration

Joining Khelagor is completely free. However, certain conditions must be met at the time of registration.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• Only one account may be registered per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false or incorrect details may result in your account being suspended.
• Your account must be registered in your own name. Opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a fictitious name is not permitted.
• Registration is not permitted from regions where online betting is completely prohibited.

Account Security

Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Khelagor will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

Khelagor follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. All members are required to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.

Documents Required for Verification

Large withdrawals will be restricted until verification is complete. Khelagor aims to complete the verification process within 72 hours.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Khelagor supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed through secure encryption.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly, though it may take up to 30 minutes in some cases.
• Only your own payment account may be used. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Depositing an unusual amount or at an unusually high frequency within a single session may trigger an account review.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Verified accounts receive faster processing.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed if the wagering requirement on a bonus balance has not been met.
• Khelagor reserves the right to hold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on Khelagor.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, Khelagor reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is established, the relevant bets and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

Live Betting — Special Rules

• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If discrepancies arise between a member's data and Khelagor's data due to server latency, Khelagor's server data will be considered final.
• Khelagor is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.

In the Event of a Match Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for any related bet will be refunded. However, any portion of the bet that has already been settled will not be reconsidered.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Khelagor offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• To claim a bonus, select the bonus option at the time of making your deposit.
• Welcome bonuses typically come with a 10–30x wagering requirement.

Cashback & Weekly Bonuses

• Cashback is automatically credited to eligible members' accounts every Monday.
• Standard members' cashback is subject to a 1–5x wagering requirement.
• VIP member cashback carries no wagering requirement.

General Bonus Terms

• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5.
• Bonus account balance cannot be transferred to your real money balance.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Only one member per household or IP address is eligible to receive a bonus.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khelagor. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software bots or automation tools to place bets.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Collecting money from others by misrepresenting yourself as Khelagor.
• Accessing the platform via VPN from restricted countries or regions.
• Harassing or threatening Khelagor staff.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Khelagor reserves the right to close or suspend any account. This typically occurs for the following reasons.

Closure by Khelagor

• Violation of terms and conditions or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification (after the specified deadline).
• An account with no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months) will be classified as inactive.

Closed by Member

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.

Inactive Account Fee

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive and a maintenance fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted. This fee will not apply once the account is reactivated.

09 Responsible Gaming

Khelagor believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• If you feel your betting habits are getting out of control, contact support immediately.
• Khelagor lets you set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on your account.
• You can temporarily close your account for a set period using the self-exclusion tool.
• Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.
